Warranty

Your rights as a consumer and how to get in touch if something isn't right.

Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law

Our services and materials come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which is administered by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

What the Consumer Guarantees Cover

Under the ACL, our installation services are guaranteed to be:

  • Carried out with due care and skill
  • Fit for the purpose you made known to us
  • Completed within a reasonable time

The materials and products we supply are guaranteed to be:

  • Of acceptable quality — safe, durable, and free from defects
  • Fit for their intended purpose
  • Matching any description or sample provided during the quoting process

Additional Warranty

We do not offer any warranty beyond what is already provided by the Australian Consumer Law. We do not place additional time limits, conditions, or exclusions on top of your existing statutory rights.

Manufacturer warranties may apply separately to specific products (such as Colorbond® steel).
